I've been sprinkling a tbsp a day in a cup of organic cereal Truly disguises any bitterness. Also the bit of 'crunch' compliments the crunch in my cereal.

Do you use local honey? As a honey maker a lot of people I talk to don't realise that by using local honey it helps with avoiding summer allergies to hay, flowers etc as by eating the honey you are consuming pollen filled product and because it's local its your local pollen ❤ thanks for the tip on cacao as I was struggling

From what I’ve learned, your bowl should be very healthy especially if eaten with whole milk Greek yogurt. The least healthy ingredients in it are the banana, granola and honey, mostly because of the higher sugar/carbs. But it’s probably not enough to do too much damage long term, especially if someone is active or working out also.

All natural sugars
@johnsyoutube23
@johnsyoutube23 Жыл бұрын
@@WonderlustClaya according to those I follow (mainly David Sinclair and Dr Berg) and my own research, my opinion is this… yes… the natural sugars/carbs in food and vegetables are fine. Fruit is questionable because of a lot of sugar, except for berries (black and blue are very good for your brain). All other carbs and added sugar should be kept to a minimum or none. Unless you are actively working out with resistance training. Beans are the healthiest carb (I think). Its a big topic and I could go on and on. But think about this … on a bag of sugar it says one serving is 8 grams. Now think about how many servings of added sugar we can eat in week with all the added sugar in food and soda and even the natural sugar in fruit. It’s probably too many, and not healthy long term.

@@onebite849 Medicinally it's very good for stimulating bial production For the Gul Blader, All of the bitters do this , Including espresso , The other thing is the fats , Your body needs them to produce bile , The oils are optional But good when added after powdering the nips To continue the process of liquifining them , And they serve certain liver cleansing functions particularly the milk thistle As well as providing a source material for bile production , Butter could also be used Are clarified butter . This is an excellent drink to break a fast with , Being as it is that the gule bladder bile system has not been used for as many days as the fastest continued . And the bio fluids can turn into sledge , Citrus is also good for this , I usually use grapefruit juice 16 oz to 2 to 4 oz of oil Drink 2 of them 20 minutes apart , If you haven't learned about the benefits of fasting you gotta check it out it's really incredible ,

@@onebite849 There are several articles/documentaries describing that many of the foods we buy at the supermarket aren't really the food labeled on the bottle/package. The most remarkable instances are olive oil and honey. The honey in those supermarket bottles just contain a tiny portion, if any at all, of real honey. The rest of the bottle is a cocktail of fructose and chemicals to make it look and taste as the real thing. It seems like the safest way to buy real honey is at the farmer's market.
