Sir Good evening 🙏 my from tamilnadu iam working for Southern Railway department direct contract basis my salary permanant worker same salary I am paid equally ! i worked for continuing 240 days Totally 362 days iam working finished But now we have been terminated and we are dependent on you to reply if we can get a permanent job through the court in the future.🙏🙏

Dear sir ...I have a query regarding this act ......... supposed a company comes under this act and that company has many branches .....but some branches there are less tha 5 employees work .......is this mandatory to provide rest room or canteen facilities to that that branches where employees or less than 5???

Can you explain that How contractors will provide the canteen facility in establishment.
