Lekin jo Act labour code se bahar hai un sab ka kya… kya wo kisi kaam k nahi ya phir wo use nhi honge… like… child labour code/ factory act / bound labour system / etc etc ( ye sb code m nhi hai ) toh in sab Act ka kya ?

Hello sir. I have a doubt. Under section 7, an employee is liable for the loss or damage of goods. But, what if the employee damage the good by mistake.. say for example: a worker accidentally drops a valuable testing appliance and it breaks. Can the employer deduct in this case?
