Sir jo 4 labour code hai…. Or jo Act labour code m aaye wo sb toh samajh m aaye…. Lekin jo Act labour code se bahar hai un sab ka kya… kya wo kisi kaam k nahi ya phir wo use nhi honge… like… child labour code/ factory act / bound labour system / etc etc ( ye sb code m nhi hai ) toh in sab Act ka kya ?

Sir apka pura lecture dekha jo ki bht he jyda lenghty hai or apne bht sare points ko clear bhi nh kiya hai.. Sth he video bhi cut hui hai.. To mjhe notes banane mai prob hui hai or time bhi waste he hua hai

Hello sir. I have a doubt. Under section 7, an employee is liable for the loss or damage of goods. But, what if the employee damage the good by mistake.. say for example: a worker accidentally drops a valuable testing appliance and it breaks. Can the employer deduct in this case?
