Wow, I forgot Caesar low-mid diffed Luffy and Smoker's lot(except a few Gear 2nd shots which didn't cause severe damage to him). And he did this without Haki. Imagine if Caesar had Haki! Even if the Haki would be at Monster trio level, he'd be wrecking real shit. His fruit is hax and he can use it well. One of the most underrated characters I'd say.

Caesar Clown actually has the the 4rd strongest fruit of them all! (1. Yami Yami no Mi, 2.Pika Pika no Mi, 3. Goro Goro no Mi). If you think of it in terms of chemistry, PV=NRT. You can literally do anything! He can create extremely hot temperatures by exciting the gas molecules in the air. He can make water boil by removing the air around it. He can make someones blood boil within themselves by removing the air around the body He can create Ice by making water vapors stop moving. He can suffocate people. He can mimic Kuma's ursus shock. It's just pressurized air. He can render Sabo's fire useless. No air= no fire He can stop Akainu from making magma. No air=just rocks He can render WB and Sengoku's shock waves null. No air=no pressure change= no shock wave He can control go toe to toe with Dragons weather control power. wind is a gas He can melt Aokiji ice or make his own Non Haki attacks won't do anything to him kizaru's light attacks cant hurt him. Light= energy. If you add energy to a gas it just makes the molecules move faster. Using same logic, Kaido's dragon beam won't hurt him and Kaido cant fly with out air I'm open to discuss this with anyone :)

It only means either their captors were just as strong, smarter, or something kept them from escape (his heart). Besides characters appearing after Punk Hazard were only stronger. Oda introduced a strong charcater.... and then we were given even stronger characters. So naturally, if one ignored *the rest of the OP world* because of the ongoing event/situation they would not realize Caesar still as a very strong individual.

So far CC has been the one character to tie all of the arcs together in the New World. Punk Hazard - Antagonist, Dressrosa - Bait/Smile Factory creator, Zou - Supplier of poisoned gas/Curer of the same gas, Whole Cake - Pawn/Escape Route, and Wano - Originator of Smile users. Would love to see him end up in Wano somehow.

But *Spoiler Alert!* in Chapter 956 they abolished the warlords and got replaced by the SSG (Special Science Group) by Fujitora and Vegapunk.

The beating he got from Luffy was okay, but in my fan headcannon, his downfall involved someone, maybe Usopp, inveting a vacuum pump weapon, with Caesar's gas body being divided up between multiple cannisters that would be hurled by Luffy as each filled, off into the horizon in random directions, leaving him as a mostly helpless head, which would end up jailed by marines.

I feel like Axolotl fruit itself requares explanation. I belive it is the only fruit in the series that is based on a marine creature so far. And given the fact that thease creature CAN live above water thay basicly evolve artificial lungs to breathe , have the abilities to regrow limbs , AND is basicly known as a "walking fish " makes it a really fasanating fruit in general.
