This music is a message to get people off their feet and do something as well as Imagine by John Lennon, not just the result of a high as some people think.

@@KaRa-t5bI’m 31 coming up this March 19th, 2024. In my experience, your father is always your father… but you become an adult. Just because you are always his son, does not mean you don’t grow into adulthood and become your own man to where you’re ultimately two grown fellowmen experiencing life. And in a spiritual sense, you are two individual souls (there’s the brotherhood of a shared masculinity (in men) and humanity (in all humans)) when you strip away the physical and even the mental aspects of your relationship.

I love how Cage The Elephant changes with every album. Unlike so many other bands that are terrified of change, these gentlemen embrace change because they know that without it they will die.
@DatBoiWolf11 жыл бұрын
Bands are terrified of change because every time they do it a bunch of fans turn into hulking rage-monsters and start sending them death threats and refusing to ever buy another song again. I'd say most of the blame lies in obnoxious fans that don't want to leave their comfort zone.

My ex and i really enjoyed this song together, she showed me this band and i was hooked with the first song. We went different paths and honestly, after all these years it still hurts, but this song reminds me of the happy moments, and it makes me happy not because i miss it, but because it happened. really makes me think about how much i've grown as a person because back when i first heard this song, i thought people like the actual me were hippie monks.

remembering when i was 15 and i put this song on while i was at my friend's house and i was so proud of it i wanted them to like it. but then this 18 year old guy said it's the worst sh*t he's ever heard and made fun of me so hard and then said he can't stand it, then he changed the song and i felt really insecure about my music taste afterwards. from then on i stopped telling irl friends what i listened to. some people are disrespectful as hell. but guess what, 5 years later, i'm back and listening to this song again, i've learnt to ignore others opinions on what i listen to or what i like to do. i'm quite sure there's going to be younger people reading this comment. don't let people bring you down!!!! be proud of what you're doing. never pretend you like something else just because you don't fit in. be kind and respectful and of course... just listen to what you like!!
