Also the US, though not nearly as much as Russia (transports, jets, weapons, tanks, ships...). LAVI --> J-10 C-17 --> Y-20 F-35 --> J-31

@@andro7862 Israel didn't want the F-16 initially, just like Japan with the F-2. So the US helped Israel develop the LAVI, just like the US helped Japan with their stealth project. But much of the LAVI is F-16 DNA, just like the F-2

@@SoloRenegade Actually the Lavi is an indigenous project that only looks similar to the F-16, unlike the F-2 the Lavi is a quite different plane.

@@andro7862 It is much changed, never said it wasn't, but the US helped just the same. And they clearly started from the F-16 blueprint.

The same reason that pencils, hammers and saws all look similar. Design evolution.

Because helicopters are meant to look like helicopters.. Why would it look or operate differently just because they're Chinese helicopters? Helicopters are helicopters. Science is science.p

I’d like a CAIC Z-10 attack helicopter. If I had one I’d fly it to my old school. First I’d take out the labs and then I’d type into the attack computer “Mr Wang, chemistry teacher.” Blow ‘im to bits. And then I’d go looking for Li Wei. I’d be hovering just down the road from his house, there. And he’d see us, but I’d duck down behind the trees, and he thinks he’s safe right? And he’s just about to put the key in his front door, and I come up from behind the hedge - “HELLO YER BASTARD!” - He panics, right? And he goes in the house, so I get the 25 millimetre canon and I take out the fish pond, Koi carp in there a couple of rounds each, right? And then I just tilt the helicopter over to one side and the machine gun bullets is chewing up the drive, right? He comes out. “Oh no! Not me Qiantu K50! I’ve just had it resprayed!” I cut it in half, right? And then he goes “Ahhh!” He runs up onto the garage roof. I say “Right.This is for you, Li.” He goes, “No, no!” He’s begging us, he’s begging us man, “No, please don’t!” BOOM!! And then I fly off to Hong Kong and I just smash in the sea in a big ball of flames.

How can it be possible to develop a complete armed helicopter with limited drawings? This Vietnamese has no substantial proof of the source, although he points out that the design of ZW-10 is Russian? even more ridiculous, the drawings are back-up, and even the Russians deny any involvement in the wz-10 design. I check that his films are stereotyped against Chinese weapons, which will hinder his professionalism. his content itself is a reference network resources, not much in-depth understanding of aviation knowledge.

Obviously Pakistan felt this helicopter couldn't survive against the Indian military. A rather scathing indication of the quality and performance.

Brian Jordan maybe they can't afford it or had other considerations(export quality not as good as domestic). Maybe it wasn't a good fit with the rest of their existing military hardware/equipment. Maybe also due to completely unrelated political reasons, like USA put a lot of political pressure on Pakistan to not buy it, like USA forced UK to not use Huawei 5g. Doesn't mean it's worse. What did Pakistan choose instead and what was their official reason for not choosing the Z-10?

@@ex0duzz They chose the Turkish license produced mangusta. And they chose it because the Turkish version doesn't use American parts therefore has no export restrictions. And the Chinese helicopter has multiple issues.

Nonsense... The Z10 is based on Z20 helicopter desgn as both can share same component.

Just a question ... Why do all Chinese helicopters look like copies off American and french helicopters then ? and this to me I see Eurocopter tiger ?
