@@BrentTharp if the FEVER put K Mitchell on the chopping block we shall see another rising star quickly. I'm sure of it. There is another player just waiting for the opportunity. This would also show the players that INDIANA stands on business when it comes to TEAMWORK . CC is that damn good where as she can turn another into a star. Her passing abilities are there. Her coachable approach of confidence is there. She is a champion. IOWA players don't just love her for nothing. It's her willingness to sacrifice to be down with the teamwork attitude. She lifts everything. These players tonight stood on playing the way they wanted NOT THE WAY THEY NEED. CC is the glue. I'm so worried of Kelsey M play, she wants to take over games but misses a lot, yes she made that crucial 3 point play but often times, once she gets the ball, she automatically shoots. 1 or 2 good pass could make a lot of difference. She only has 1 assist. They were lucky that Atlanta was also missing, better teams could easily beat the Fever in that situation. Forget stats, play to win.

My biggest gripe with Mitchell, is that she doesn't even look to pass the ball to her teammates unless she is being clamped down on defense or double teamed. Now one can easily see why the Fever was in last place last year with her steering the wheel!
