Nothing but Gaslighting on ESPN. There is literally no contest between these ladies. It's insulting, it's fake news. Reese is having a a great rookie year, but she gets double doubles in garbage time consistently. In every significant statistic Clark is breaking records, smashing records. In the entire league she has the highest percentage and numbers of of un-assisted points, she holds the assists records for most in a game , the most most assists in a season. Quickest to 500 points, quickest to 250 assists. Highest points attributed to her impact on the court.. over 1000 so far and growing.. higher than even the veteran MVP candidates. First Triple double ever. Most 3 pointers in the league. In the running for most 25, 5 , 5 games in history. Taking the worst team last year and making it a legit threat in the playoffs. And all her teammates are benefiting. Caitlin has been averaging like 25 points a game since the All Star Break! CC has many more records already that I can't even remember half of them there are so many. Do we even have to mention that she is revolutionizing the game and bringing millions of new eyes to the League? In contrast,... Reese gets rebounds. I mean for real... Has there ever been a ROTY in either the WNBA or NBA that was based off of rebounds?? No..

The ROTY "debate" is such a funny litmus test because anybody that knows ball even slightly knows that Caitlin is incredibly special. I agree that Clark is ROY. But to say Reese is only a rebounder is not quite right. Reese is well ahead on win shares, offensive rating and defensive rating. Advanced stats still favouring Reese, although Clark is closing the gap. It's closer than people think. If we look at advanced stats to give Jokic MVP over Luka or SGA, we can't ignore them when it comes to WNBA
@andrewmccleary89403 ай бұрын
@@stephan8541 Or you look at advanced stats, where Reese looks much better. For example, the Sky are 20.7 points better per 100 possessions when Reese is on the floor whereas the Fever are 2.9 points better per 100. Caitlin Clarke is the WNBA. Myself and a lot of other people have never watched WNBA highlights before, but this fever is for real. Her shootning and playmaking is such a joy to watch, too skilled for a rook! She takin over

All of these players deserve all the credit they deserve they are simply amazing. Having watched other sports there are without a doubt players that just stand out from the crowd. Michael Jordan, Tom Brady, etc. etc. I could go on and on. CC is without a doubt the Athlete that is bringing in more fans which equates to more revenue for the league. she is the Tiger Woods of her time.

I'm here to see CC make some great assist and make a few 3s from the parking lot. I was not disappointed. Nothing against AR, i hope she continues to improve and get better. But clearly, CC is the ROTY.

Sheril Swoops can put a cork in it right now. CC is taking over and bringing people to see games. That's not only a generatíonal talent, that's what a legend does! They change an entre league and impact everything and everybody. Any player in this league is gonna benefit from her performances!

only 2 offensive boards for reese, Fever coach put bodies on her, they were boxing her out with Smith and Dantas and tipping the ball for other teammates to grab. CC dropped 31 on them.
