I did your other recipe for Thanksgiving, and they devoured it. I smoked the lobster in foil on my Weber and added it with the crab and shrimp. Also did the Monterey and the sharp cheddar. I broiled the top for a few minutes for that little crispy crust. 🤤🤤😋😋 I'm going back east from California for Christmas, and I think I'm gonna do it again for moms. I'm going to order the cookbook this weekend when I get paid.

Level up: Put another layer cheese on top and hit with the broiler for a couple of minutes before taking it out. That way you get that crispy dark cheese on top.
