i found that on Cake Mix cookies, use one egg and one egg yolk only. It helps to make the cookies richer and chewier like standard cookies. Great recipes on this video! Thanks.

We just made 4 batches of cookies to take to our first responders. I used Triple Chocolate with chopped up Hershey Peppermint stick kisses. I did lemon cake mix with white chocolate chips, chilling the batter and then pressing a mini lemon marshmallow into each ball and rolling in powdered sugar. Devil's Food cake mix with white chocolate chips and rolled in powdered sugar. Then a yellow cakemiqith chopped chocolate covered espresso beans and both semi sweet and milk chocolate chips. Cake mix cookies are the way to go!!!

In my almond joy cookie using the oil makes a thinner cookie spreading it out. The butter in the m&m cookie makes the cookie hold it’s shape better and doesn’t spread out as much. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for watching. 😊

You can make a really nice chocolate torte with cake mix, by adding an extra egg / extra melted butter and skipping the water/milk

they are two different things. butter is a solid and peanut butter is an oil. It would change the texture of the cookies by spreading more not holding together.
