It is the best recipe for strawberry cake with custard. Anyone can make this delicious cake with strawberries! And your guests will love it, so moist and creamy! A fantastic recipe. Cake in 15 minutes. Very tasty, a cake for every day.
Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
130 g butter (soft) 2/3 cup
120 g sugar (3/5 cup)
Add 3 medium eggs gradually
220 g flour (1 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons baking powder
A pinch of salt
80 ml milk (1/3 cup)
Baking pan: 24 x 37 cm (14.5 x 9.5 inches)
Bake the cake at 180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
Strawberry jam
Pour some milk into a bowl, totaling 700 ml (3 cups)
The rest goes into a pot.
3 egg yolks
70 g corn starch (1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mix very well.
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
Bring to a boil. Once the milk starts to boil, add the dissolved cornstarch.
Stir well immediately. Continue to cook gently until it thickens. Then let the pudding cool for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
500 g mascarpone (2 cups)
Add the cooled but still warm pudding. Then immediately spread the pudding cream. The surface should be as smooth as possible.
Halve about 1 kg of strawberries. (about 5 cups)
Chill the strawberry cake for about 30 minutes.
500 ml cold water (2 cups)
2 packs of red cake glaze / cake jelly (total 22 g)
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
Bring to the boil
Cook for 1 minute
Then let it cool for 5 minutes.
Pour over the cold strawberries while still hot.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
So juicy!
