Hi, You are so welcome. For this cake I actually just used fondant. I used quite a firm fondant so didn't need any tylose powder, but if you have quite a soft fondant that doesn't hold it's shape very well you can definitely add some.

How do you make your fondant is easy to cut? Mine is too stretchy although I already mixed with gumpaste. Difficult to cut in rectangle shape.

I absolutely love these tutorials! However, I run a cake company and you couldn’t give a customer a cake like this as it’s too delicate and might not make the journey home.

Hi Rachel, I'm so glad you like it. I had so much fun making this cake. Once the glue dried that was holding the rice paper sails and the wand in place it was quite secure. You could use candy melts or chocolate to secure them as I did in my other rice paper sails tutorial if you wanted something a little stronger than edible glue if you were worried about it being transported.
