This is the best recipe for an egg-free cake. I finally made a cake for my daughter, who is severely allergic to eggs and never had a normal birthday cake. She is 17, and she never cared for cakes because they all tasted weird egg-free - until this one. She almost ate the entire cake. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Made this today for my niece's birthday since she's severely allergic to eggs. The expession on her face is priceless and precious! I made this cake for someone who is allergic to eggs and it was so delicious! It was soft, moist and fluffy. I didn’t watch through youtube tutorial beforehand, i found the recipe on her website while googling. The instructions were so easy to follow. I only had greek yoghurt in my fridge so i used some milk to water it down 15-30mL and reduced the fat to around 75grams as a a substitute for plain yoghurt. I highly recommend this cake to anyone and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s egg free! Thank you so much for your hard work MK ❤

I've made this cake about 4-5 times now and it is spot on EVERY time. I have tried substituting the vanilla for sicilian lemon and it comes out like a lemon drizzle, i just dissolve icing sugar in a bit of lemon juice and pour it over the top. Delicious

Thank you so much for this recipe, I followed your instructions exactly, and the only difference was I needed to leave the cakes in the oven maybe 15 minutes longer than you suggested, for the toothpick to come out clean. I’m not sure why that was (I had to use spring form pans maybe that affected it?) but I am sure that the cake turned out amazing, and was an absolute hit! You made my child’s birthday extra special with this wonderful recipe. Thank you so much. My husband thought I was crazy to try making an egg free cake and he’s VERY picky about food and a great cook himself, but when he tried it he complimented this cake several times, so I know it was definitely good!!

I made this cake for a my relatives who don’t eat eggs. I used ermine butter cream and the cake was so moist! It’s better than some vanilla cakes with egg that I have tried and definitely the best egg free cake I have tried. Most of the egg free cakes I have tried have a weird and oddly sweet taste but this one was perfect!

Im going to steep earl grey tea in the milk and oil on the stove at a low heat. And then add a teaspoon of tea to the flour. To make a london fog earl grey cake. I might add cardamom powder to the vegan buttercram. Hopefully its nice

I tried your recipe madam and it came out very well. My mil gave 100/100 for my cake. Few things I changed according to my requirements like Maida with atta White sugar with brown sugar I added choco chips n cashew in the batter.
