Hey, can i ask u something quickly… when making a chocolate cake do i need two butter cream fr filling n fr the cover of my desired colour? If it’s vanilla can i make vanilla buttercream n the divide it so i can add colour to the other one?

Made them twice, dont know what i keep doing wrong, but mine keep coming out dense and just feel, look and taste like they are raw even through the toothpick is clean. They just keep coming out heavy and they should be light.😢

The recipe I use oncludes 6 CUPS of Carrots. It IS the Best. It ROCKS!!!!! Many of yours do look good, hoever. Want to make one soon. Your commentary or tips as you go are a great value to your vids. Many do not know these tips. You do a great job of what you do! 😊

I made this cake today. The flavour is very rich and is super soft. I will do it again, but next time, I will use less sugar, the cake himself was way too sweet for my taste 🙈

I messed up, filled cups 2/3 and they overflowed. Not the end of the world but tops were stuck to tin, most of them have broken tops; but still taste delicious and the crumb is soft, light, and tender. Delicious little messed up clouds that I’m going to freeze for my tea or coffee. Will try again, this time will follow every step exactly how this wonderful baker/KZbinr instructs. P. S. My messed up tops may be deformed and won’t be frosted, but their making contact with the tin made them crispy and extra-delicious, so still a win. ❤😂😊

Idky but my sugar and egg does not whip at all to be creamy. I've gone for 10min and it's still the consistency of gritty sugar. I have tried THREE TIMES 😢😢😢 I watched another video with similar ingredients to yours, but it called for 1/2 cup vs 1/4 cup of butter which did create the cream (sugar + butter) I have tried. But I want to use your recipe 😢 Please help!!
