Hope this will help.. Fitness is not life; it's a part of life. First, focus on your studies because you are preparing for one of the toughest exams, and you need to allocate the required time for studying. As for fitness, there may be days when you don't have enough time to go to the gym, and that's okay. Three to four days of exercise can be sufficient. All the best for your exam! :)

Do the same exercises for a year and keep adding reps and weight over time. If you keep changing exercises you will waste time in learning new exercises and never make proper progress and won't build a strength and muscle base

Bhai progressvie overload try to kiya aur pichli baar se bench press me zada reps b mare lekin jesi uske baad shoulder press k liye dumbell uthaya to usme strength pichli baar se kam hogyi For ex i did 6 reps of 45 kgs (bench press) in my last workout and also did 22.5kg dumbell for 6 reps , today i did 45kgs 7 reps in bench press but couldnt do more than 5reps in shoulder press

That's normal, because bench press also uses your shoulders. So they are tired after bench pressing, since you used more effort to do 7 reps. When you do your shoulder press after benching, your performance will drop sometimes. It doesn't matter, you just have to look at the trend over a few weeks, not just in an individual workout. Over a period of weeks if your bench and shoulder press are both progressing gradually then it means you're going in the right direction.

Not possible. You can use whey protein 2 scoops per day for 50g protein but if you have low budget then you can't afford a good quality, safe whey protein. Other food items you will have to buy and cook, and they are not cheap. So just focus on your training and eat as much protein as you can in your budget. When you start making money then you can spend on a higher protein diet.

Ha bodyweight exercises jaise ki pushups ko failure tak kar sakte ho. Ek tarkib ye hai ki agar 10-12 rep pushups me failure ho jata hai to din me aise hi failure tak pushup ka set 4-5 baar karo, jaise har 2 ghante ke bad ek set pushups to failure maaro. Aisa karte rahoge to dheere dheere reps badh jayenge.
