He's one of those guys that, if I were a GM, I would ask if he really loves the game of football? Does it get in his system and just light him up, or does he do it because he's good at it and it's a way to make a lot of money. At the NFL level that can make all the difference.

6ft 1 is tall enough. Thank you for saying he had nothing to prove. it's true. None of those do a circle and throw it deep. Even Russell Wilson only does that once a year. The workout reminded me of Andrew luck and kyler murray. it wasn't his best day but like his worst days are a bottom top 15 QB's best days lol. full disclaimer i thought Bo nix had the best pro day, i think bo will end up having the best pro day, though its annoying that no ones really doing goalline stuff. He just throw the ball like Andrew luck did a lil bit, he may be more Andrew luck than Mahomes because Mahomes just has a stronger arm, Williams feet is better than mahomes, and Andrew was a gunslinger but he didn't have the strongest arm in the league but at the same time, he generated power in freaky quick ways a lot like Williamx. i also say Kyler Murray, he didn't make as many power throws as Kyler did in his workout but he has this Kyler like thing where he's more comfy and accurate throwing left than right.

For the Chicago Fans that speak so highly about Shane Waldron, if he was that good he wouldn’t be your OC, he would at the very least be retained by the same team that let him go.Doesn’t matter if Pete was let go, if he was worth keeping- he would be with the new staff. He was told to look for a new opportunity. Shane Waldron is average. As a Seattle fan his offense was infuriating most of the time, there are moments of creativity but those are few and far between. I wish Caleb the best.

I almost never watch college ball although I caught Trevor Lawrence in I think a Championship Game. Anyways I watched Caleb yesterday on his Pro Day (PD) workout and before that I saw very little. I think he was REALLY holding back. I wanted to see him just rip a throw to see what his arm is like. But it looked to me like he threw behind a couple receivers - maybe he was late? - and he had a couple overthrows on deeper balls. But I think he has a tendency to shuffle his feet right after his drop and just before his throws. I believe scouts want to see a QB drop back, hit his back foot, aim his front foot at his target, push off with his back foot, make a weight transfer, and let it rip. At least that’s what I gather from watching too many videos. But I have an image of Drew Brees in my mind right now as a perfect example of what a QB should do. Brees was pretty amazing. But from Caleb’s PD it’s nearly impossible for someone to know much without seeing him play in a game. (One thing I noticed: he has pretty big calves. That might help him move out if the pocket and maybe even avoid injury.)

It's called routes on air. It's just entertainment for front office staff. These sessions don't change opinions on physical skill sets that are formed from game footage. They're there for meet and greet, to check out other prospects they need additional evaluation on, and observe a prospect's personality and how he interacts with his teammates.
@Jerrythebatman

i get what your saying but still flawed since Busts are great in college so game film for QBs dont really mean much. Guys can have minimal experience even a few games and still be graded as amazing hence Mitchell Trubisky and Josh Rosen who had great film and were crap in the NFL. Most college players dont get drafted so its playing against no one really. Just saying we need a better way then just game film against not great D and throwing with no pressure@@fantasypolice
