Ive lost 90lbs with dieting alone and now im doing some resistance band exercises to build some muscle. I still carry some fat in my chest and in the stomach/oblique area, any exercises you recommend to work those areas?

Here’s the thing. kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

What's kind of funny here is that half of this workout is actually a tibialis anterior (front of the shin) workout not a calf workout, but it is still a highly important, vastly neglected muscle, in & of itself.

Hello discipline Dave. You have pretty good technique and I would love to see a leg work out people with disabilities. I have muscular dystrophy and I cannot walk without the assistance of a walker and leg braces. I have been able to do chest work out and your ab workout, the bicep workout, the tricep workout and the back workout. What I need you to show me mail is a seated work out where I can work my calves in my quads. I would like to work my inner and outer thighs as well. Note: I have muscle atrophy where I cannot move my foot up and down so, I would like you to show me how I can build my calves along with my quads in this type of situation

That first exercise is *really* uncomfortable with the band gauging my neck, and I barely feel a burn in my calves, using green thickest band.

I feel like the band under the heel of the foot removes most of the calf's workload and shifts it to the foot? Isn't it better to move the band closer to the toes? (For the standing raise, that is.)
