I started doing this workout to tone my calves, but it's worked wonders for my weak left ankle. It now feels stronger and less painful, which is nice in general, but it also allows me to do more cardio, which really helps me feel fit and healthy. Thank you!

I used to be a ballet dancer but had to quit because of hEDS and ankle injuries from pointe, this is the first calf workout I’ve found that doesn’t flare the nerve damage in my ankle. Thank you!!

Perfect timing!!! Just finished a chest and shoulder opener yoga and this popped up right as I needed a short, little spurt of leg work to balance me out! Ive done this one now maybe 6 times within 2 weeks, and I'm definitely noticing a difference in my calves! It actually hurt a bit to walk after the first time due to stiffness, so I've stretched my calves a lot more after each time now, and it's getting easier. This is so motivating. Thank you!

Pro tip from a dancer, please please PLEASE make sure you’re not rolling back into your pinky toe when you go on releve. It takes some of the weight off of your calves and can also cause injury. Also try to avoid holding onto anything to get the best results!

For the appearance there is a visual difference but it's not enough for me yet.

Thank you for this! I recently started a running program but my left calf kept cramping making it difficult to continue. After doing your workout consistently for a couple of weeks, my calves were stronger and I was pain free!!

I’m a dancer, and at the studio I get made fun of/bullied for not having the classic “dancer body” yes I’m a little more on the heavier side but I wasn’t like that before covid back when I was 10, I may not have the muscles like a a classic dancer, but I am strong js not like that, so I’ve been working since January trying to get back where I used to be if not better since I’m now 15 trying to get the classic “dancer body” and all I can say is that this works big time I love it. It may be a little more on the easier side for me when I first started cuz again I’m a dancer I dance I do ballet, jazz, hip hop, cheer, open, contemporary, tap, lyrical, tumbling, modern, etc so I have more stronger calfs from ballet cuz we do bardio which rlly works out calf’s but doing this with other workouts rlly kills it trust me.

@@jillianmccarthy9082 I initially saw them slim. It was surprising how quickly I noticed a difference from doing it every day. But now that I've lost the weight, my muscles are more defined. Especially when I tense/wear heels. It's also helped to strengthen my ankles which were very weak before 🙂

I have uneven muscle in both of my calf’s. My left calf has more muscle than my right somehow. I’m going to do this workout everyday until my right calf is even with my left lol. I’ve not been wearing shorts because of how my legs look. I’ll do this for an entire week and hope to see results!!!

Upgrade: So I've been doing this workout daily for about a week, and though no significant changes in calves, my ankles and feet have become stronger and their mobility, I think, has improved. Thanks, I like the results of this short workout! Although I don't think it is very effective in terms of calves.

I suggest you add some weights (ankle weights or dumbbells). And gradually increase the weight (progressive overload). I've been doing that and I definitely see some definition!

Of course you are not gonna notice any significant change in a week...🤷🏻♀️ You already noticed more mobility. Did you expected hypertrophy? If relevé in coupé isn' t "effective", tell me what it is, please. A ballerina.
