As a heavyweight in calisthenics myself, that was extremely impressive dude. Functional strength is so much fun to have. I'm 255 pounds and can bust out about 11-12 clean strict pullups on all three variations (pronated, neutral, chin-up). Your skill work is amazing, and so is your pound for pound strength.

Weighted calisthenics guy here. I weigh typucally between 94kg-98kg daily and i am 181cm. I can Squat and Deadlift 200kg and bench 140kg. Calisthenics definatley works haha.

Mine sit at 100kg deadlift 50kg bench 70kg squats I feel that pull ups is what really made me strong enough for those And pistol squats

awesome strength man! But I would recommend that you only use a lifting belt when going for a lift thats 80-100% of your 1 rep max.

Ou should watch a lot of videos If it is fun Because that way i learned over time regressions of every exercise like you could ask me any muscle group and i could tell you exercise easier or harder ones

I do max 70kg on pullups my first deadlift was 170kg and i ended up pulling 200kg, i only weigh 74 at the time now going down to 71

One thing I never understood was how 3 plates is 315, considering the KG equivalent adds up to 140kg or 310, is this just like some error between the two measurement systems or am I missing something here?

Gives support to your back so you don’t need to worry about it as much so short answer is yes

Yes usually the back at least for me is the thing that gives out first on deadlifts. The belt helps put the stress elsewhere.

Bodyweight is harder to hit legs with. I do a mix of both, but mostly weightlifting

I am also 17 my max is 20 pull ups and I can deadlift around 80-90 kgs and bench Atleast 70 kgs squat is around 80

You need to work on deadlifts and legs. Im 156 and first deadlift workout I hit 405. Maybe its genetics but my legs arent even very defined. Getting a 405 is pretty easy.

I weigh 130 and I can benchpress 170 pounds and I can dead lift 265 pounds and I can squat 205 pounds maybe more though since I have gotten stronger but I still feel kind of week because some of the kids in my grade are way stronger. Btw I’m only 14 year old freshman
