@@user-xb4mh6jz3g No. The oldest Greek manuscript in existence of the Gospel of Mark is from the year 370CE. The gospel ends after 16:8, the empty grave. All the later verses where disciples see the risen Jesus were added over 350 years after the Jewish man Jesus died. Christians have been conned for control by authoritarian liars. The entire NT was written in Greek, not even the language of the Hebrews. What language are the greatest mythological stories written in? Greek

Important note: You can bend your legs in downward dog as much as you like, but try to keep your back straight. This is a great exercise for stretching lower back. I had lower back pains, but since I started doing these stretches and supermans EVERY day - it went away. Not very quickly though, it took around 3 months, but it kept getting better, and nowadays I have almost zero lower back pain. Funny thing though, I was kind of experimenting with what feels good by myself and came almost to the same conclusion as in the video lol.

Breakfast considerations: 1. Avoid iron filing fortified versions of oats. Reference "Iron Behaving Badly" by Sir Douglas B. Kell who was knighted for exposing the toxicity of iron in the human body. 2. The glycemic index of instant oats is well above sugar, so don't cut corners. Steel cut oats have an even lower glycemic index than rolled oats. That breakfast is very carb heavy, so if you have blood sugar issues then you will want to modify it. Also, you will want to consider avoiding non-organic, pasteurized, and homogenized milk - it is the number one allergey-inducing food item. I also avoid vitamin D fortification because it damaged retinol status in the body and might compromise cholesterol sulfate status as well (Morley Robbins / Dr. Stephanie Seneff). Some people recommend against oats because it apparently has a negative effect on zinc status, but I haven't been completely convinced. Of course, this could be based on an individuals oxidation rate and/or his/her current mineral status. I appreciate the content includes information that can be applied to everyday people.

Without vitamin D absorption of calcium from milk is limited. Also something like 80% of people suffer from vitamin D deficiency in the western diet. I had my vitamin levels checked by blood test and my vitamin D was fine. Love me that vitamin D fortified milk haha
@wellnesspathforme62365 жыл бұрын
@@nathanbruce1992 Hi Nathan, "vitamin D" comes in at least three forms - cholecalciferol, calcidiol, and calcitriol. The standard vitamin D test is for calcidiol only. It is the storage form of vitamin D, NOT the active form. As such, you don't know your active vitamin D status is you took the standard vitamin D test - you are operating under an illusion. Two researchers found a correlation between low storage D (which you think you have) and HIGH active D. In order to know your true calcium/vitamin D status unless you know serum calcium, calcidiol, calcitriol, and red blood cell magnesium, since calcium and magnesium are supposed to be in balance and magnesium regulates vitamin D metabolism, as well as calcitonin and parathyroid hormone - the three hormones that regulate vitamin D and calcium in the body. You are assuming the establishment, which makes trillions on the status quo, is representing the truth. They are not - and the research scientists know this. @@sherrylock7376 I have a theory here. I believe that nutrient depleted plants produce toxins in their effort to survive. The solution is not to avoid nutrient-dense plants, it is to avoid eating nutrient-depleted, toxin producing plants. If your body and plant options are nutrient depleted and pro-inflammatory, you might want to try eating for your blood type. Eat Right for Your Type is a book you can use as a guide. Search Morley Robbins and Dr. Barry Sears (Zone Diet) for the best synthesis of an anti-inflammatory diet.

First of all, I would like to say A Big Thanks for your video, Calisthenicmovement! Today is 24th April 2022, 'someone' sent me this Mobility Exercise video on 18th March 2022 and I did these exercises every morning (my last hope) without fail, I followed your instructions, the miracle happened, I am totally recovered from my Sciatica and I can walk again without a walking stick since 18 April 2022 (exactly a month). I suffered from Sciatica since May 2021, visited a Neurologist, Orthopedic, Chiropractor, and ongoing Physiotherapy and Acupuncture for almost a year now. I gave myself one year time, if I still did not recover, I will go for the back surgery ie. Microdiscectomy and I had been on pain killers all this while....Well, to cut the story short, very much appreciate what you did and I trusted your recommendations. Have faith, God was testing my strength and determination, and never give up! Amen

I'm enrolled in the courses and have been working on my squat with lots of room for mobility improvement compared to El. One thing I must remain mindful of is keeping my knees spread apart to avoid injuring them. Please explain what's different about these moves that allow rolling the knees inward without stressing them.

This video is a bit of bullshit, he needs to keep uploading stuff. Actually some of the exercises that he does here everyday, he does not recommend to do them every day in his mobility program. Like the deep squat archer. I guess any exercise that helps the blood circulating throughout all your body will make the same effect.
@knolls94992 жыл бұрын
@@tititiwon Breathwork also does wonders for blood circulation. Look for "Healing though Breath' 10 day series -- the green series. Super useful.
@kaen42992 жыл бұрын
@@tititiwon He is not showing the deep squat only for blood circulation nor will it have the same effect like any other exercise. The deep squat, not the compound exercise but the deep holding position that was shown in the video, is the functional base, or should've been the functional base, for standing, walking and running. If your heels can't touch the ground in a deep squat, your walking and running form will always be impaired, even if you don't notice it. All joints are meant to be used in their maximum full range of motion to lubricate the joints and provide them with nutrients, which he also mentioned in the video. And this is the case for your ankle, knee and hip joints if you can manage to do the deep squat and hold it as long as you want to. It also '''resets'' your body, since you're never staying symmetrical on your feet when you stand upright. Everyone has a standing leg and a free leg that experience different levels of stress and pressure. If you stay in the deep squat this is not the case because the pressure is evenly distributed between both legs.

Your advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of yours for these types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym.
