Just did one today. Got too confident and thought I could get a second rep but ended up falling on my left shoulder and now I can barely lift 5 pounds with my left arm. Lol back to the grind

In the floor it's so much harder The basic requirements are so much more than you said they are Other than the strength You need to have a very good handstand control and a decent L sit hold time And maybe even a good frog stand to handstand as well

I did this last night and it was so tough 😅 was able to do negatives without wall and bar, because i can handstand both with and without bars for a long time. Could never do the L sit to handstand though, but now I finally know how to train for it. Thank you, and I subscribed also 🔥

listen y’all you don’t gotta be ripped yo do this im 140lbs 6’0ft and i almost got this down if you got good core focus on your shoulders getting yourself to push up is the hardest part
