I like your technique of falling over by taking one hand off the parallette and twisting so you don't go down on your back. This is gonna help take fear away for me. Thank you for this amazing video ❤️❤️❤️

Honestly, I find that only this channel shows us the transition/progression properly while executing a move especially the front lever video.

I used to do this from sitting on the floor with crossed legs no bars into full handstand in one motion.

I’m still working on it myself. I am capable of it but still perfecting it… as far as the speed of it I’d say practice both speed and slowly moving to it. Time under tension will help build the muscles as well. I also find that when I’m fresh. The slower I go into a handstand the steadier I can go up to the handstand and not walk around to save the handstand.

Thank you! Yes falling over is my issue. I have plenty of strength, I dont want to take 4 1/2 ft fall being upside down off the parallel bars if I go up to fast. Cant really use pillow for that lol.

How about training this negative, as handstand to L-sit? I have been testing it out during the last few weeks, and it seems doable (I just tend to land on my arse at the end) and it also seems quite nice exercise for developing your handstand also, since doing that transition backwards is a bit tricky at first. Requires going out from your confort zone, which always tends to be helpful.

How can you do the transition if you dont have those bars? I just use the floor and I have trouble getting my feet to swing through without touching the floor, that is literally the only thing keeping me from being able to do the L-sit to handstand

U can use some books or anything like i use dumbell in gym or u can use bricks or anything u think is good but i think books would be good 🗿👍🏻, atleast books finally come in handy

So is this move easier than the freestanding hspu and frogstand to handstand? I can do 5 belly to wall hspu am i ready for this move?

It's easier than freestanding hspu for sure. Probably same difficulty as frog to hs!

If you can read this i would love a response. I did 1 a couple a weeks, ago and last week and the week before that I manage to do like 10. Now my outside of the shoulders hurt like crazy and i can’t even do one anymore. It hurts so much and I feel weak. Is this common? How long should I rest?

Yes you can do all the steps! holding the handstand on top will be difficult but you can get comfortable falling over which will help you a lot with the handstand !

you should try other hand balance exercises, like the frog stand for example.

Tuurlijk , het kan wel langzaam. Echter is het doel van deze video om hem z.s.m. onder de knie te krijgen. Dat is makkelijker met momentum dan een langzame beweging. Full body controle kost gwn tijd.
