Bench press and shoulder press can also be susbstituted with high incline pike push ups or semi handstand open push ups. Works well for chest and shoulders.

100% respect for your video contributions. Much appreciated. Gyms closed with the Rona, so I started thinking maybe I’d finally give calisthenics and plyo exercises a shot...my god! Am I ever disappointed in my performance Lol...thanks for the motivation my man. The human flag has been a goal of mine for ages. Not even close to reaching that. I’ve stuck with the same barbell routines and variations maybe for to long perhaps. I’m hoping following your examples forces me to ramp up intensity and increase explosive power...
