Call Captioning - Accessibility Settings on Echo Show

I use it now, however it always It announces what it is as well as a little description of it which slows down the communication process at the beginning of the call. If they can take that part out or give an option to turn that description off or on that would be really good. There's another feature that has subtitles as Alexa speaks I have that feature on as well but that still has a long way to go. But I am happy that they have started creating options/features like that. Keep up the good work.
