Make sure that you’re battery has been disconnected for a few minutes before pulling airbag cables!

Yes, just check the bottom of the sear for any wiring to disconnect. Aside from that it is the same way.

I’m interested in buying my friends 2010 Subaru Forester Premium But I’m 6’1” tall, so it’s a lil tight for me... I’d like to know if it’s possible to move the seat back another 4 inches by altering the steel and track beneath the drivers seat.. Thank you

The seat track covers on mine were a 🤬to remove. Definitely disconnect battery and pull the airbag fuse. Let it sit for a while just in case, the last thing you want to do is have to replace airbags also.
