Calm, peace & tranquility, thank you for sharing. I arrived in Bali just two weeks ago for a 5-6mths stay to experience this tranquil lifestyle. However, Im just trying to adapt to the time zone. Im just battling to fall asleep early, so that I can wake up early. Back home the time is six hrs behind, so I tend to chat with family and friends when Im supposed to be sleeping. I need to set boundaries for myself.

Hi J, thanks for the kind comment. We actually cycle in between having just green juice for breakfast post-workout, which means we eat lunch early and its usually a good one (nasi something or another), alternatively we go through phases where we have a big good breakfast like w scrambled eggs, spinach, bacon n mushrooms etc but then end up skipping lunch..... i actually prefer the green juice regime i actually feel it gives me such a boost from the vitamins... u shd try it!

hi Cindy, thanks for noticing! Vitaly has started helping me with my videography so the credit must go to him actually hehe.... although our jobs r all made easier by Bali being beautiful itself 😅 i was dating a windsurfer back in my early 20s in Singapore and i sat at East Coast Park watching these small strong looking girls walking around doing the windsurfing.... and after watching for 6 months i finally got the courage to go learn myself! n fell in love since :) i started in windsurfing n eventually became a kitesurf instructor and then a wave surfer n surf instructor. Love it! it's hard but so rewarding when it gets good :)
