Um, I actually learned a lot more that I needed to know from this video other than just that it was lemon balm. I went into a LOT of valuable info about cortisol and stress and the body's organs and the brain - and the substance behind why lemon balm works. Oddly, one of the most valuable videos on stress and what it does in the body chemically and medically and how to combat it that I've seen.

I agree, i was reminded that a depressed or a sad mind is a broken subconscious mind, after realizing that I get the point what Jesus said to always be in prayer, because it rewires the mind to be positive and empathic, being a negative minded just stresses the mind and the body. Prayer is the most effective stimulant for me, it let go of my negative feelings toward the others and help me become more positive. A lifetime of prayer results in peace and calm.

This is why I love Dr Berg. I've just graduated and am living in the house where I had an extreme, long period of trauma 10 years ago! (waking up every night to loud shouting, domestic violence and abuse). as trauma survivors know, the body doesn't forget trauma. I am always in fight or flight, hypervigilant, I can't sleep throughout the night without waking up 3 times (and that's WITH a healthy lifestyle - much worse before). Recently, my dad (abuser) told me he is suicidal, and my sleep problems have gotten worse. You just came in at the right time. I feel bad about the amount of damage I'm taking from the long period of stress. Things will get better when I move out. I cannot thank you enough for this. These will help you forgive yourself for others abuse and get you to love yourself. Also sandra roulos has oath of manifestation meditation. These 3 turned my life around doing daily. Lesson I learned at 58 is dont try to change anyone, just love yourself. I tried to save and help 2 narcissists and completely lost myself. I wasted so many years helping them with no thanks. Also look at jake ducey, he is 30 and turned his life around. Also Tony robbins, he was abused and poor. Concentrate on yourself not saving others.

Hello Dr Berg, I would like to offer you my most profound gratitude. I am a young male of 21, who has been caught in a terrible, and inevitably deadly cycle as I've recently come to realise. I have been dealing with lack of sleep, depression, motivation, energy, purpose and many more illnesses. Most recently I had corona virus which I dealt with quite badly for a few days and just as I came to recover I now have been diagnosed with a kidney infection, being shelled out painkillers even though I never mentioned pain. Over the last three days I have been heavily researching and learning from your videos, and most importantly adapting it to my lifestyle. I purchased the most wonderful healthy foods including organic red meats, fish, oils, and most importantly for me, vegetables. I've come to learn I was severely deficient in a number, far too high mind you, of vitamins. I combed through your videos on symptoms of vitamin deficiency and accordingly adjusted my diet to encompass the foods you recommended. The results quite frankly have been astounding, jarring and shocking. Quite literally overnight, I feel so immensely better I could type on end about the benefits. I have this beautiful wave of calmness I never once had, alongside my vision which has always been poor and getting worse more than likely due to diabetes, undiagnosed of course, is now suddenly far superior and vivid. My anxiety has dropped several fold too the point I am making conversation with ordinary people I was always far too anxious too communicate with, even though often imperative. My skin, always a cause of grief and misery has cleared up immensely and is radiant. My cognitive function is through the roof, I notice myself being far superior at problem solving along with school work. No other person of any persuasion can dare convince me this diet is unhealthy with the results I am reaping. I am currently implementing in the steps to reduce the damage to my liver and kidneys and am following the keto diet with your guidelines in reference to aforementioned problems. Dr Berg I truly wish you the best of fortune in this life. I hope with all my might that you may rest easy at night with all the lives you are saving and protecting. Kind Regards, Harry

Before I became a diagnosed as a diabetic, I was under unbelievable stress. I wish I had found you back then, so glad I’m learning from you. I had the idea that stress caused my diabetes, but no doctor was interested or cared. My recent annual physical showed my A1C 6.3! Last year it was 7.2. So what I’m doing is working, thank you Dr. Berg! I was utterly astonished as my doctor’s response was to add Jardiance without taking me off of and of my other medication. (He had forgotten I had already tried it and had a terrible reaction, so I reminded him.) I’m excited by my progress and will only get better from here! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and saving so many precious lives. Fran

But with my dad passing three years ago, then Mom developing Alzheimer's and getting worse no matter what I do, plus the pandemic, relationship issues, dating anxiety, a messed up circadian rhythm, and health scares, etc. -- well, I've been stressed almost daily and have at times experienced most of these symptoms. Gastritis sucks and can last forever The only thing for me that got rid of it was strict water fasting with a pinch of salt each day for 2 weeks. My problem was so bad just drinking water hurt. The doctors were no help. Basically eating and drinking hurt so bad that I just quit. 2 days I was so thirsty I started drinking water again but no food. The pain started to go away in 5 day's so I just didn't eat. After 2 weeks I started to eat again and there was no more pain. A couple year's later the same thing started to happen. So I water fasted again this time using a little salt each day so I would not black out. About 14 day's I was back to normal. Now I only eat 1 time a day in the afternoon. This seems the best way for me but probably not other people. Im not into keto but I avoid surger like it is posion because to me it is. Yummy posion.

Dr Berg made videos on stress and on how enough potassium really helps. Possibly easier to find on his website.

An angel you are ❤️ I’m suffering from adjustment disorder, social anxiety and panic attack. I’ve never been to a Dr I do always watch you’re videos they’re much helpful so now my goal is to order lemon balm tea and give it a try

How did it go?
@Persia0075 Жыл бұрын
@@英語わかりません I started to take lemon balm extract morning after breakfast, after lunch the result was okay then I stopped taking it again I started to take it at the very morning empty stomach trust me I didn’t have any panic the whole day So right now I take it only morning empty stomach and I am having breakfast after an hour so right I am panic free. Btw if you’re suffering from something my recommendation is obviously lemon balm extract and to please check your thyroid

@@Persia0075 Thanks for the update, will do. Fairly certain my problems is due to "adrenal fatigue" solved alot of them through high dosing b-vitamines (metylated), magnesium, bunch of others, along with ashwaganda (made a huge difference) and L-theanine. Had some luck with the teas. Will try GABA next.
@Persia0075 Жыл бұрын
@@英語わかりません I have tried magnesium glycinate and Ashwagandha and it took me out of depression too quickly, I’ve also tried L theanine I have to say I had sharp memory during those days and the last thing which I tried was GABA I have to say it was not that much promising it could prevent the panic attacks but I had some hot flashes then I stopped taking it. I can promise you nothing is so much powerful than lemon balm extract. And also you have to read about (licorice tea) it’s going heal your adrenal glands and it has tons of benefits. But don’t take it if you have high blood pressure. I have to tell you i have been through hell but I faced all my fears I’m still in healing process and I feel my self way more more better than one month ago. So my piece of advice for you is to stop taking all these products and stick to only to lemon balm and give it a try for only month

@@Persia0075 Even if it's true it won't help in the long run. Therefore fixing the underlying issues will solve the other ones on its own, besides, you'll gain tolerance and it will grow useless if you have severe problems.
