I was feeling kind of down and this picked me up! One can always feel your warmth and joy and humor through the screen. From the Frenchish date to the scrimpin shrimp. I like the rosemary. Never tried that. I heard some restaurants use a cornstarch slurry to clean the fry oil?? This spread looks so beautiful! And such variety! I appreciated you showing us not only how to cook, but how to PLATE! This is so important for a complete presentation. 🥰
