Loving your trip, will try to watch it in order. Just going to say this as an old person; do what you can when you're young and your body is able. Otherwise you have to live thru other's adventures. I used to eat spicy food, ate before sleeping but it's caused a bad case of GERD which led to a chronic cough and difficulty breathing. My left shoulder froze for 2 years and now the right one is doing the same thing, and they don't know what causes it. So live your best life now, and I who am traveling with you in spirit thank you for the adventures.
