Camp Oven Marinated Chicken Recipe : [ A Quick and Easy Meal ]

This camp oven marinated chicken recipe is cooked to perfection. It's quite a quick and very easy meal to make for the family while out camping.
It is endless what you can cook in a camp oven.
Marinated chicken tastes amazing in any oven, but when this marinated chicken recipe was cooked on the campfire and out in the bush with the traditional bush cooking appliance the camp oven, it truely tasted amazing.
I have lined the inside of the camp oven with tin foil. Because the flavours will be retained in that tin foil basket, and all of the roasted vegetables will take on the flavours from the marinated chicken recipe.
Total cooking time for this butterflied marinated chicken will be close to two hours.
This would be a very tasty meal for a family while out camping in the bush.
There are so many meals you can cook in a camp oven while out camping, and this marinated chicken recipe shows just how easy it is to dish up a very tasty camping meal.

Next time wrap your onions in foil with a little oil and brown sugar . Put them on the coals a bit out from the fire . They come out all soft and sweet . Man time for a cook up

Like your videos, mate, but just a point of order. You're actually using aluminium foil. Now, before all the traditionalists get stuck into me, let's just be clear about a few things. Camping out and cooking outdoors is logical...mainly because it's so bloody cool. Tin foil, however, is purely the preserve of those who make hats to protect themselves from modernity. Now, just so I don't unnecessarily piss off the tin-foil hat wearers, I want you guys to know I love you nut-jobs. Anyhow, Tim, someone was saying something cool about a chopping board.
