This particular format is based on Power Points, which I normally consider tedious, we have all heard of death by power point. However, when you add loud speakers, with a short talk behind them, they become a useful tool. I have a single DVD with about 100 podcasts and the original Power points these videos are based on, you can order this from campbellteaching.co.uk for covering costs. The advantage of having the original files of course is that you can edit them for you particular learning or teaching purposes.

Instead of a DVD why not have a link which gives access to the material. People can pay for access, like membership subscriptions.
