Personally I’m in debt to you dr John Campbell. I’m a Canadian that partook in the Freedom Convoy. In doing so it put a huge strain on my family life. Luckily my sons mother and I were on the same page, but my parents and siblings was a different story. I still don’t talk to my bother but dr John Campbell has opened my fathers eyes to the dangers from the jab. He regrets taking it and not warning his other children to stay away. His biggest regret was that one of his 5 grandchildren had at least one shot. Gullibility is another. Many scientific studies (possibly most, one way and another) are funded directly or indirectly by vested interests, and true scientific method is by no means always applied. That applies across the various disciplines of science, by the way, but the medical industry - note the term 'industry' - is most certainly one in which money talks. Scientists are not all altruistic goody-goodies (and not all of them are particularly intelligent either, though they might be clever; those two terms don't have the same meaning...) - we are human beings with all the variation in morals and abilities that entails.

Dr Campbell got everything wrong about "Covid" and the injections. Bless him, after many of us pointed out his mistakes he actually studied the evidence and changed his mind. Sadly he has just made the same crass error again by stating that nicotine is always injurious to health. That is complete. and utter nonsense and it is something that could only be said by someone who has no knowledge whatsoever of the subject they are pontificating on. Nicotine has many significant health benefits and it should never be conflated with the smoking, where tobacco is deliberately contaminated with around 500 chemicals designed to keep cigarrets alight, keep the tobacco moist and to create addiction. Sadly Dr Campbell is "old school" and his default position is to spout the establishment line on every subject until the evidence overwhelms him. He is not a critical thinker and it may be time for him to enjoy a quiet retirement.

I understood that often you were in a position where saying what needed to be said would have some pretty serious consequences for you and your hard earned reputation. Because of you, John I started taking daily 8,000iu of Vitamin D two years ago. Recently went for blood test to check if vitamin D was too much but was told it was within normal levels. Not too low nor too high. What was it beforehand I wonder? Must've been extremely low! Anyway, with mind put at rest I shall carry on with 8,000 international units. I take 2000IU daily or 4000IU max if I need it. Please do your research as 8000IU especially 10000IU is too much if taken daily and can cause long term health issues to do with bone growth.

"Too much" vitamin D causes bone problems because it causes overabsorption of calcium from the diet and also pulls calcium from the bones causing high levels in the blood. Taking a vitamin K supplement along with the D will encourage the calcium to go into the bones. I think Dr. Campbell has mentioned this in some of his previous videos. As to the optimal D:K ratio and dosages to maximize benefit to both the bones and immune system I leave that to the researchers.

@ also bear in mind vitamin K can be poisonous. I would seriously not take more of any vitamin than the body really needs otherwise two processes will be at play a) the body will most likely be regulating and getting rid of the excess b) the efficacy of usage of the vitamin will go down. The body is a homeostatic system. It would be interesting to know a) the optimal amount of sunlight for the ideal blood level of Vitamin D b) the optimal average oral dose to forgot that level. Also bear in mind the body will not be exercising the normal cellular and metabolic pathways for sunlight generation of Vitamin D and also at constant saturation it will not be exercising captivity to lower levels of Vitamin D. Also you have to look at the effects of immune system modulators like cocoa and immune system oversctvation and burn out.

I discovered your channel back in April 2020 when at that time I had contracted the original so-called Wuhan strain of covid. There was no-one else providing even basic information and just for doing that you were an absolute godsend. Back then you also strongly advised taking Vit-D and I did. The covid was horrible and although I wasn't hospitalised that may have been in part thanks to your advice. I have followed you ever since and also recommended your channel to so many friends and family members who also follow you now. You don't get everything right of course, and I disagree with you on some occasions, but generally you have steered a steady and neutral course and avoided getting too political. And just through genuinely "following the science" your channel has steadily grown and grown because most people want to know the truth. Truth that is denied us so often when we listen only to official sources. For that reason you remain an essential voice and your 3 million plus subscribers and many others besides are all very grateful to you. Thank you so much John, and please keep up the great work.
