Hi friends. These are neat. The holder for the remote is ingenious. Thank you for showing us. The night light is neat as well. We have nightlights out for our girls but its cool that yours can be a flashlight as well.

I would remove the caulking in the shower. The wall generates condemnation and the gap at the bottom allows it to drain and ventilate. With it caulked it will hold the condensation (water) inside the wall.
@RunawayRoses4 жыл бұрын
For now we'll try it this way, it just seemed like the water was getting in the wall too much. Thanks for watching and thanks for your recommendation!
@jfbrubaker19694 жыл бұрын
@@RunawayRoses I also would suggest removing the caulk at the bottom, that is a manufacturers recommendation. Unfortunately you're not going to know its a problem until you have either rot or mold. The tub base has a lip that extends up the wall 3/4"-1" so that water does not go up and get behind the wall surround or tub. I know it doesn't seem like much, but the gap at the bottom give it just enough space to allow moisture to escape. At the very least I would contact the manufacture and get their recommendation.

Doug, we put both of them up for sell and just left it up to fate. Turns out, the Northern Lite sold first, so we kept the Lance. We did have an offer on the Lance but we decided since we went through so much to get it, we would keep it, lol. 🙂

@@RunawayRoses no no it was his accent. I wasn’t making fun of it, I was just enjoying it. Also when you open up your door and look to your left on the back wall. What I see and what you know might be two different things. I was just trying to understand what I was seeing. It looks to me like a framed piece of plywood. Maybe it is cork board?

Hey Todd, good vid man. Been missing you guys on here. Glad to see you are still doing well. You and your lovely bride are awesome people! We really hope to see you guys again some day and for longer than we had in VA that time. LOL Update on us: we sold our Tab 400, too much mess man. So...i have on order an all aluminum Neo cargo trailer and we are going to build one the way we want it and to last. Seems to be the only way to get quality, at least in our estimation, without spending a fortune. It will be totally self sustainable and worth the effort. Keep up the good work you guys and thanks for sharing your lives with us all. ;>) Ron and Cindy in Va.
