My favorite t-shirt for travel this summer was a black or dark blue Madewell whisper light v-neck (my preferred neck). It’s very light and cool, the dark colors make it so you can wear it for days without looking bad, (I wore the black one four days straight!), and it’s so light it dries quickly so it doesn’t get that stink to it, plus it’s just so comfortable, thin, light, and cool. Perfect for hot weather. The dark color is great because it looks more formal if you head into town, a trick I learned this summer, plus it doesn’t show the dirt so you can wear it for days, plus it’s very thin when folded! Win, win, win!

My dream underwear set is the Victoria Secret Lounge Unlined scoop bra. With the Warners Cloud 9 Stretch Smooth and Seamless Hipster RU3234P. I get them both in black. The underwear perfectly scoop around my bottom. No wedgies! There is no cotton gusset that remains wet forever. (I change out flannel, washable pantyliners.) I do swim in these underwear and bra. I absolutely love them! It's a cute sporty look from the sports bra style. I bought the underwear from Kohls. I did try a pair from Amazon that said they were the same number but when I held them up to the pair from Kohl's I had bought previously, they were narrower in the behind! I hate wedgies! So I ordered enough pairs for the week from kohls! Good luck on your under garment hunt! I hope this helps. 🥰

I don’t like wearing jeans camping. They get dirty, hard to clean and dry, and restrictive when crawling in and out of car or tent. However, if I have day trips to see a town, like Carmel or Provincetown, I’d pack a pair of premium jeans that show off my legs. I love wearing my 5-eye Converse low top sneakers everywhere except hiking and running. Like your Blowfish, canvas sneakers go with everything. I always leave a loose fitting rayon midi dress in the car. I wear it to change out of hiking clothes in public at the end of the day.

I used my sarong as a shade, but my favorite was to use it to cover all my front passenger seat stuff. Worked like a charm! Didn’t look like I was car camping since it covered my grocery bag and “camping” purse.

Good to see you again. My daughter would love that Nightmare Before Christmas mug lol. My camping clothes just need to be comfortable and do their job.I want to be able to wash them by hand if I need to. I can’t believe I was ever a person that loved to dress nicely even while camping.

Damn Girl! That amt of clothing would drive me crazy…LOL! Try Title Nine for swim/under layer/all purpose gear…I’ve had some luck there. My list for 3 months in the car? Hiking pants w pockets Tights w pockets Running skort w built in liner 1 short synthetic Tee 1 long synthetic Tee 1 fleece hoody (Melanzana) 1 puffy (Marmot) 3 underpants: 2 briefs, 1 boy short 1 shelf bra, 1 cami 1 long sleeve cotton Tee for sleeping 1 mid weight rain shell 1 whisper weight wind shell 1 long sleeve light weight synthetic sun shirt w hood 3 hiking socks: 1 heavy, 1 mid,1 light weight Trail runners Camp shoes (Doubles as shower shoes) Baseball cap Done. What I’m not wearing fits into two 10”x12”x2” packing cubes.

@@dianeschmiane my friends think I carry too much LOL! But then they sleep in the clothes they hiked in that day…THAT smell is why I travel alone! Don’t know if you’ve seen the Scrubba travel wash bag….you can use out in the middle of nowhere (as long as you’re near a water source) to hand wash socks, underwear, tees, etc. You heat up a little water, add to bag w clothes and a tiny bit of soap, fold over the top and clip. Go ahead and stomp on the bag a bit, drain and do another round w cold water to rinse and voila! Clean clothes! It’s a game changer when you’re in between laundromats or just have a few items like I do that you wear all the time.
