The 'wide street design' (usually only in the main streets) was usually created (back then, there were no centre islands) to allow for horse-drawn coaches and buggies to 'u-turn' in the streets

@@MidCoastAdventures Sure is....in fact...if I drilled a hole at 12.37652 degrees off 48.726 center....I would come out 6.7823 inches from your camp fire. 🤣🤣

Eels and turtles, a good enough reason for blokes not to go skinny dipping at night😂. Only in Australia do we still have a fire in the middle of summer heat👍😂. Another great destination with some top roads. Hope you had a nice Chrissy Phil.

You've certainly got the right idea on how to celebtate christmas. I'm with you. (Good trick to start the fire, and here's me thinking you'd be the type that rubbed two sticks together!)

G'day Phil...love your adventures ...can you please tell me what type your vented jacket is...👍
@MidCoastAdventures3 күн бұрын
Cheer mate. It's a Komine. Best (coolest and safest) mesh jacket I've owned 👍If you get one, order a bigger size than you normally take. Like I got an XL when I usually take a medium. www.zarkie.com.au/product/komine-jk-144-reflect-mesh-jacket/?v=b870c45f9584

Good stuff mate. Beaut country, your right about the views out past bowra 🌄 . Was expecting ya to pull out a travel rod and have a cast! I was up the T.A river today, bass like I've never seen em before, by the dozens. If you get the chance in the next week or 3, head up there. 🎣 What was the groundsheet you were using, was that one of those insulated space blankets?
@MidCoastAdventuresКүн бұрын
Hi Kurt. There were some bass strikes when I was chilling by the river. Will have to take a rod next river camp 👍 Enjoy ya night mate 🥳🍻

Budy your helmet is the one I'm looking at, overseas they think the air flow is really bad into the helmet in winter, cold. What do you think? One more Q; it has drop down sun visor, so why are you wearing sunglasses? Love your clips.
@MidCoastAdventures3 күн бұрын
It's a pretty good helmet, Steve. Bit noisy (wind noise) but I wear ear pluds. As for cold - not too bad, but it doesn't get freezing here. Good for around 5 degs I've found 👍
@steve2me4143 күн бұрын
One more question, your A3 looks better than my A5 Pro in video quietly, why.
@MidCoastAdventures3 күн бұрын
Not sure Steve. I have the camera setting 4 k @ 30fps and Auto white Ballance. Also render the footage at the highest setting the software allows. Hope that helps 👍
