Thanks for another top vid Shaun. There are some serious subsidence issues on some of those roads and pavements Shaun. Can’t imagine what is going on under the houses. Must be almost impossible to sell homes in a few of those streets.

Wow those derelict places look depressing. Got to feel sorry for the owners. Certainly wouldn’t want to invest there. Going to watch the other sectors now. Was there subsidence in any other area?

Booming eke, look's like you need a off roader for some of the roads in the 4x4, I mean upper section lol.. Good to see your doing well mate, Keep up the good work, and never fly after 6 cans of San Miguel.. you might spill some.. Ps the motorways look great for 2nd gear wheelies and stunts on a motorbike as very quite, Is speed limit 75mph ish like back here in uk or being so quite can you just go flat out?.. You 2 take care, good to see yer ok.. Peace..

Some of those roads are too narrow for parking on both sides. Probably should be one way with parking on one side only.

Where I live the streets are very wide but I think in the narrow streets, you can only park one side - I might be wrong. Many thanks for watching :)

Roads are appalling, I thought Murcia council we supposed to use our IBI money to redo them and fix the street lights, some really neglected properties here, such a shame as Camposol could be a great place, although needs shops on C and D

thanks shaun, very informative video. was a area of camposol that was probably off my list of viewings. some nice properties away from the perimeter roads, but is obvious the perimeter properties & roads & pavements have serious issues..which needs avoiding. never buy online comes to mind.

Camposol could be much more attractive and pleasant with many more trees and flowering shrubs planted. What the area needs, besides repaving most of these roads, is waste (brown) water channeled onto "leach fields" then all kinds of greenery planted. There's always a secondary use for organic matter, water, and feces as rich nutrients. Why waste, waste.?

@ I don't know if places like Mazarron recycles precious water in any way. Judging by many of your excellent videos, the entire region looks dry and barren, which leads me to believe wastewater isn't being properly used. I know a thing or two about plumbing as this was my profession for over 40 years. Rather than channeling into the sewer, It cost little more rig up a system that allows for reusing kitchen, washers, urine, and shower wastewater to be used in watering greenery. Feces can be recycled as well, but it takes a different systematic approach. Building a cistern for collecting rainwater is also worthwhile.

All I know is at the car wash it's recycled water as you are banned from cleaning your car in the street :)

Thanks for sharing Shaun. This video shows how bad the roads, pavements and some villas are in that area. I truly feel sorry for anyone that bought one of the villas in question, I would be heartbroken if that happened to my villa. The roads and pavements can't be easy to live with either.
