Awesome review. I bought one for a bicycle camping trip and had the same experience with condensation. I also didn't like that you have to use stakes to set it up because of the one pole design. Thanks for showing how to use your trek pole for the fly.

If it had a couple small vents it would be nice. For the size and weight it is a good tent.

nice review, thanks for that. I'm not sure I'd like that much condensation from no ventilation outside the fly, or the ponding of rain water with the entrance fly up.

This tent is great for being very light. But that also means small!

The weight difference is about 2x for the double pole version. But that extra head room might be worth it if it rains a lot.

Why not the MT053? It is just like this but adds another pole and the poles double cross each other, seems like it would be a good option in winter to helps support the heavy snow loads.
