I'm having a hard time finding the right fuel injectors what brand did you get?

@@fps_purge5736I have had no issues with the injectors. Although I have only used them for a few months. Will they last as long as the original Denso? Probably not, but I don't think ill have the car for another 267,000 miles.

I have a Camry 2005, I am getting the code P0191 which suggests a problem with the fuel rail pressure sensor, is there a chance that the fuel rail bolt you talked about contained that sensor?

The 2005 Camry has a different motor with a different fuel rail, but a quick Google image search shows the pressure sensor attaching the fuel line to the rail like you said. Looks like it’s about $75 online. Should be a fairly easy fix.

Is there two special washers on fuel rail banjo fitting ? One on inside and one on outside?

It’s has been a few months since I took it apart, but as I recall there is a washer on the outside of the fuel line and a triangle shaped one between the fuel line and the rail.

Thanks for reply , maybe you can help me? I did this job to fix a misfire on cylinder four (replaced all 4 injectors) , but now I’m having a hard time starting the car, it takes like 8 seconds for the car to turn over and smells like raw fuel in the cabin when starting it . Once started the car runs great . Any ideas?

@@noseymosey1556 Is there any visible fuel leaking? Perhaps you didn’t get one of the injectors fully seated or have some debris causing a break in the o-ring seal? While removing the valve cover is not necessary, it makes the project much easier due to the tight space to work. I would double check to make sure each injector is fully seated. Additionally you might have a small leak in your fuel rail or line air to get in to the fuel rail. When you go to start the fuel pump has to push out the air before the fuel can get to the injectors. I would suggest rechecking all your work and making sure each injector is fully seated. Good luck. Please let me know what you find. V6 is similar, but you will have two fuel rails.

Thx man just found your page very helpful! I need to replace my injectors. I have a fuel leak and am getting very bad fuel consumption, so Im thinking this is the problem it smells like gas right in this area. Seems like not too bad of a job. How long did it take?

Glad I could help. This job is fairly easy, start to finish I would guess 1-2 hours depending on your familiarity with engines. While you are in there I would suggest you replace your valve cover gasket. I found it much easier to remove the valve cover gasket on this job. I’m finding that my filming the projects adds substantially to my timeline. Just make sure you have the 22mm wrench for the fuel line to the fuel rail.

You missed a few steps sir. It's Not the valve cover gasket it's the valve cover. First pull the EFI fuse 10 amp. start the engine till it dies. .This releases the fuel pressure.Disconnect neg battery terminal. Removing the two engine hooks gives you plenty of room to install the valve cover.Remember to apply ATV in 4 spots on the head. just saying. Good video tho.
