Nice! I like how it vents out. Getting hot humid air out will help a ton unlike a swamp cooler. I would be curious if you start running it early in the morning before the heat starts if that will keep a nice comfortable temp all day.

I’m sure you have one since you live in a community, but if you don’t, insulated garage door. That’s the ticket. I had 2 put in my last home, current home came with one. Makes a big difference.

Up never mind, just watch till the end….get that thick insulation foam from a big box store, cut it, paint it, double side tape it to the door. In each section.

The garage door has the thick stuff all taped on. That was the first thing I did 4 years ago.
