Giving the God Cards their own unique animations is such an obvious thing that I'm legit amazed that they weren't one of the FIRSTS to get one, let alone still without them after all this time.

It is still the biggest thing I have been confused about. Probably the 3 most iconic cards in all of Yugioh after Blue Eyes and Dark Magician and the only one with an animation is Pheonix mode.

I built a yami yugi themed deck with all three god cards, dark magician etc and managed to get to platinum a while back. Don’t know good that deck would work now since Ishizu, Spright and Tear were introduced but it was a lot of fun to play with. Sllifer was a great counter for Floo so it did work well against some meta decks but it was a 60 card deck so did brick once in a while

@@sasir2013 I think not, in paid promote like this. The schedule is controlled by the client, or in this case, Konami itself. In fact, we got some paid promotions about this event from some Yugituber and in the close time like Dzeeff and the 3 Idiots. . Sometimes the client needs to check the video before it is released. Maybe those Yugituber already finish the video and give it to Konami. But Konami forgets about it and gave permission to upload it this week.

Slifer and Obelisk need more cards that can target them into your hand. With True Sun God, Millennium Revelation and Phoenix, Ra is in a good state right now, but we need the other 2 gods to be more viable. The 3 of them together in one structure deck should be a thing by now already just like with Blue Eyes and The Magicians.

there is one common fusion monster from D.D. genre, it‘s effect lets you gain life points instead of losing them if you lose them because of an effect, if this works with ra, then damn

If the fusion you are talking about is D/D/D Oracle King D'Arc then sadly it does not work with Ra. It inverts burns and Ra is a pay effect.
