McDonald's in Cantonese would be much easier to guess than Mandarin.

Mandarin Chinese words can only end in open syllables (such as vowels) or one of two consonants: /n/ or /ng/. There is also the “er” sound I mentioned in the video - it’s not really a consonant but also not exactly a vowel - that one is a bit complicated. But basically no syllable can end with “l” in Chinese 😅
