Kaliyug is characterized by a decline in virtue and an increase in vice. Moral values and human decency erode during this age, leading to widespread societal decay.
It is also marked by a decline in people's spiritual inclinations and practices. True knowledge of the divine and adherence to dharma (righteousness or duty) are said to diminish.
This era is associated with suffering, conflict, and confusion. It is believed that materialism overtakes spiritual goals, leading to strife both at individual and societal levels
Until and unless we have good people occupying important positions in India - NOTHING will change. And that change begins with YOU.
1. Become part of the political process, or take an active interest in learning about the Politics, Economics, and History of this country. There's absolutely no pride in being apolitical.
2. Please choose your Role Models wisely in Life. It is sad that modern-day India has casually replaced scientists and makers of modern India with reel creators.
Standards of society are dictated by who the members of society admire. Please think twice before you casually replace your legends so casually.
I hope - some of you will hopefully start thinking beyond party or religion-based politics and will fight for good economics.
We are working with many future MLAs/IAS/IFS/IPS/ Policy Consultants/Management Consultants
and preparing them to occupy important positions in this country.
If you'd like to be part of my mission - please reach out, and share it with others.
This country has enormous potential, and we should make it our duty to work towards it.

Article 352 of the Indian Constitution deals with the proclamation of a National Emergency. Here are the key points:
1. **Grounds for Proclamation**:
- A National Emergency can be declared if the President is satisfied that there is a threat to the security of India or any part thereof due to:
- War
- External aggression
- Armed rebellion (originally termed as internal disturbance, but amended by the 44th Amendment Act in 1978)
2. **Procedure**:
- The President can proclaim a National Emergency based on a written request by the Cabinet Ministers.
- Such a proclamation must be approved by both Houses of Parliament within one month.
- If the Lok Sabha is dissolved during this period, the proclamation must be approved within thirty days of its first sitting after reconstitution.
3. **Duration and Extension**:
- Once approved by Parliament, the Emergency continues for six months.
- It can be extended indefinitely with parliamentary approval every six months.
4. **Effects**:
- The federal structure is significantly altered, with the central government gaining control over the state governments.
- Fundamental Rights, especially those under Article 19, are automatically suspended.
- The President can issue ordinances and the Parliament can make laws on subjects in the State List.
5. **Revocation**:
- The President can revoke a National Emergency at any time by a subsequent proclamation.
- The Lok Sabha can also pass a resolution disapproving the continuation of the Emergency.
6. **Judicial Review**:
- The declaration of a National Emergency is subject to judicial review, and the courts can question the validity of the proclamation.
The 44th Amendment Act introduced several safeguards.
