Well for those who are a bit sceptic about that “probably”💀. Your body sneezes to let germs out that might be in your nose, to do this many different muscles work together to create enough pressure to send the germs out of ur body as fast as 40mph. Whenever you hold your sneeze you hold that pressure in and not only that it’s even more powerful about 5-20 times more. In some cases like the video said you can have damage to the ears, popped blood vessels in the eye and brain aneurysm even broken ribs if you are older. That pressure your body made has to go somewhere and trying to hold it in is really not the smartest idea. Point is don’t hold in if possible just let it out. Hope it helped

I'll be a great case study for this. I'm 30 years old and I've held in my sneezes for over 10 years now. I probably sneeze an average of 3-4 times a day and we'll see what happens by the time I'm 65 or so. So far, I haven't ruptured an eardrum or collapsed a lung.
