Yes, that is my point too, also it is pretty easy to ignore all companions as they are, better way to get rid of Gale is to keep him inside the teleporter.

You can technically 'kill' him as anyone, by failing the Strength roll twice, the DC is 7 so that is *hard* to do, but it can happen. Did so on my Honour run, I had to run with WYLL, dammit.

I did this, as Bhaalspawn, and it was so fun being alone, except I still kept the cub and Scratch, but there nobody bickering you or telling you what to do. The only companion I'd really need, is Shadowheart, if I wanted to kill the Nightsong, but I didn't and just betrayed the Nightsong in Act 3 I also killed both the grove, the innocents, and the entire goblin camp. Killed Ethel. Literally just killed everyone. Betraying Jaheria was so fun as well. After murdering Isobel, I convinced her that it wasn't my fault, and the dialogue during the second battle was so cool. I felt so important lol. I ruled over the Elder brain at the end, and I did this on honour mode. XD.

Ya i thought about doing that originally, but my first run of the game was with that build so i wanted something new. The plan is, to get 3 levels of assassin, then multiclass into 3 levels of fighter. Then after that do a full change into bard 6 levels, 3 levels assassin, 3 levels ranger. that way i get like 4 attacks at the start of combat, all crits so on. i think it will help a lot with boss fights late game.

The harder the difficulty, the fewer the players, the more you need to cheese the fight. I'd say that was pretty boring, but then, this video is obviously not for me.

​@@LotsofChicken The video is not boring, that part is fine and rather amusing. With a party you can take on enemies straight up, playing in a relatively normal manner. With a single player on tactician you are pushed to do things to powerful opponents like stacking barrels around them (barrels are pretty cheesy and there are too many of them). Shooting or spell-sniping enemies from extreme range while hidden, is another, but most of all it is using pre-knowledge of enemies - what they are and where they will be. For example the Meazel encounter in Act 2 (the stranglers). Quite nasty if they surprise you, but a cake walk if you know they are there an send in a high-damage AOE attack before they can do anything, especially if you are soloing and they strangle you. I just fail to see a lot of enjoyment playing with the cheese necessary to survive as a solo on tactician, using a ton of save-scumming.
