Already mad impressive that you are able to get 2 games against someone ranked on the ATP tour.

"A lot of wide serves to get him off the court" "Maybe mhm maybe Serve & Volley here" "Here we go, let's do it, why not?" - let call - "Nahh! I wanna go for the Ace" - misses first serve - "Question is... do we go... Bublik Double-First? 🤔" "Bublik Double-First-Serve.. aww, yolo" Such a classy start to a game, my thoughts as well in the beggining of a match

@@TheTennisMentor If you know how to do that 80-100 mph flat slice drive backhand that dosen't float the ball but just shoots it all through the court with pace to take away his time of recovery then you might be able to trouble him.

Some great play there guys. And props to Ashley for getting 2 games against a player who's playing top 1,000 ATP singles tennis at minimum. I may have asked you this before Ashley, what level is your singles play? I would say top county, low national standard level. And keep going for that top 1,000 ranking Felix in singles, you'll get there. Great fun guys👍

How's the serve at 5:22 a double fault? in other words, why wasn't it a let?
@waleedsabir71705 ай бұрын
It didn't land in the box
@TheTennisMentor5 ай бұрын
It missed the service box (it was my second serve)
@mateuszfejfer18225 ай бұрын
Yep, it isn't always a let if the ball touches the net. It also has to fall into the service box. Otherwise it's just a fault.

Grass court with wind is tough. Quadratic unpredictability. I agree with one of the comments: you are all praise for Felix and all negativity about yourself. That's not a good mindset. As an aside, you guys are not alone in this, but the grunts are overdone. I know this is all the rage but I would love to see influencers influence otherwise.
@TheTennisMentor4 ай бұрын
I agree with both of your points! It’s interesting to listen/watch back as I’m usually a positive player on court (or at least I thought I was!) In all honesty, I felt out of the match from the first game as I pulled my hamstring! It was my own fault for skipping my warm up to catch up with Felix’s dad 😆 Inside I was a little frustrated with that and that’s where my negativity came from! Even so, you’re right, even if I feel that way, I need to respond differently and practice what I preach! And yes, I hate the grunts too. I just edited my next mic’s up match and have given myself a talking to!!

If only leaping up in the air after you hit the ball actually made it go a little higher I would have been a different player.

do you drink magic mind every day even on your match days? and if you do much time before the game do you drink it?
@TheTennisMentor4 ай бұрын
Not every day, I get 15 per month, but I do on match days. The first time I did, I drank it as I stepped onto court and got the burps 😄 so now I drink it 30 mins before I play and love it!
