Let's take a look at this in the 3-act story structure. Act 1: Hook: we start off in a cheerful mood, dougdoug and his friends want to achieve their goal of eating whatever the person in the drivethru in front are having. Their fear is a family meal. Inciting incident: they go to del taco, the “worst meal doug’s ever had,” it is stated that Doug could eat more food but he doesn't want fast food anymore. This is his desire vs fear tugging on him right now, he wants to complete the challenge, but only after a few of them he feels sick, and the idea of a family meal looms like a shadow. First plot point: Doug calls in Eric, a lifeline to help them finish the challenge, in case of a family meal popping in. First pinch point: when at burger king, they barely avoid getting stuck behind a family, showing that the inevitable crash of food will come soon. At jack in the box They end up with three burgers and two GIANT things of cherry coke. Act 2: Premidpoint reaction: reinforcement arrives. Surely they will be useful 😐 Krispy Kreme only gives them 2 doughnuts and pointcrow and Abby give them tums. Game-changing midpoint plot twist: pointcrow and Abby decide to bail on them for fear of the bucket. Postmidpoint action: the gang decides to push on without them, with a new plan of going to wendys, then Starbucks, and ending at kfc. Second pinch point: the idea of a bucket at kfc looms Act 3: Supposed victory: they get done with both meal number 8 and 9 Disaster: at kfc they get a bucket, a bowl of gravy, and a mountain of coleslaw. Dark moment: parkzer can't eat another bite, Barry can eat like one biscuit. That leaves two people to eat ALL of that food. Aha moment: eddy arrives. Climactic confrontation: despite chats warnings, despite the fact it was said to feed 30 people, Doug chugs the entire bowl of gravy, Eddy eats practically the whole bucket of chicken, and they begin to pass around the coleslaw. Victory: they win. The cherry cokes are gone, the coleslaw, the bucket, the gravy, everything they've eaten up to this point. Chat is screaming their victory cries, “THATS MY STREAMER”, and “I WAS HERE”. Resolution: and so they finally go home, having claimed the world record and indigestion. Doug ends up vomiting multiple times after stream. I spent an hour of my life doing this. You're welcome.

I love how during the finale, after their morale was shattered and they were broken, ready to give up, Doug managed to bring them back together, and they all finished it with teamwork -Eddie coming in as the 5th ranger, taking the biggest piece of chicken the world has ever seen -Parkzer finishing the bucket by taking the very final piece -Barry just **going wilddd** on the coleslaw -Doug taking the final bites of it, completing their final remaining meal -and Perry finishing even the last remaining Cherry Coke truly beautiful

@@openyathirdeye6894 It’s not weird tho? There’s a lot of people who don’t want to be recorded, each for their own reason. Asking someone if they’re okay to be recorded, or simply not recording them without their permission is, like, the basic decency? For exemple, I knew someone who was staying out of any kind of social media, video or photo, to escape and stay hidden from their abuser the time that the police do their job. They still had to work to pay rent, but they were trying to keep low basically. In their case, if a streamer had recorded them, their ex could have potentially find them (no seriously the guy was a stalker), and needless to say, that wouldn’t be a good thing. So, no, being happy that a streamer is being actually mindful of not showing the employee face, when so many streamers/youtubers, or influencers in general absolutely don’t care is not weird. If anything, we should encourage it more.

California is a biiig state. More like it's how living in LA is like. I live here and if I'm out and about for a whole day I'm bound to see at least two influencers (likely smaller ones because I've only recognized one ever, but you can still tell). Funny thing is, after a while you just sort of get used to it, and occasionally I'll flat out not notice them but if I've got family visiting or whatever, they will. By the way, LA itself is comprised of many sub cities. Bigger than a lot of people think. I'm in a quieter part. And it still exists here lol.
