Thanks for the much needed practical application of removal / refit of the Viva heater matrix. As with any production run, continuous improvement is always encouraged like in the case of the 73 green viva vs 75 yellow HC Viva. It may still be possible for an aftermarket reconditioning of the 75 model year matrix. I think there is a guy in the viva owners club that makes those bulkhead / heater covers in fibreglass. Good original metal ones are getting thin on the ground now.
