I know you made this especially for me! Listen: I have an apple tree. On my balcony. Yes. There were 4 apples, but 3 fell down while being just an inch. So, I guarded the one apple left with my life! I looked rrrrrreally nasty at bugs. Now, I've picked my apple three days ago, wondering what to make so I can share it. I couldn't find it. Than this pops up. This is the perfect recipe. That's a fine apple hand pie but the baby was star of this show as he always is. Thank you for allowing us to watch him grow up. Georgie looked like he really wanted to taste test that hand pie for you. I can't say as I blame him one bit. Great timing for this video. @@biggerbolderbaking I have been in to a McDonald's three times in my life and I remember that I ate that apple pie, was just ok because it was warm. I learned many things from you, like the vanilla extract, I have it in the pantry and I just add more vodka. Thanks again.

I can hear the flakeyness in the pastry when eaten by y'all. I make a lot of pastry dough and believe me there's nothing more satisfying than when eating it and you hear that crunch and taste the buttery pastry 😜
