5:30 Peni was created a year before Overwatch, and, similarly to D.VA, was a homage to Mecha anime in general and Evangelion in particular. Personality of both are inspired by Asuka. Nothing in the kit of Peni has any resemblance to D.VA or any other hero from Overwatch for that matter.

Nice video but one thing is Peni Parker first appeared in 2014. 2 years before Overwatch 1 came out. 🤓

well this is a beta, overwatch when it first released was also chaotic. everyone is still learning
