Well done, like always. This was cutting it close toward the end, luck wasn't with you at certain points. I remember Misty having other Pokemon, too. Limiting yourself to basically eight Pokemon, when some characters do have more than that, is a little bit detrimental, I feel.

Lapras easily outclasses Blastoise in the context of Misty's team. It has better bulk and a much better offensive and support movepool, on top of Ice Beam being STAB. It does gain weaknesses to Fighting and Rock, but Fighting is covered by her multiple Psychic types and Rock is weak to her entire team. Therefore, Misty's best team should have Lapras on it instead of Blastoise.
